The role

Spa Attendants are the calm, capable presence on the spa floor. You'll greet guests, manage changing rooms, look after towels and refreshments, support therapists between treatments, and keep the heat experiences — saunas, steam rooms, pools — clean, safe, and beautifully presented. It's a foot in the door of luxury hospitality and a strong foundation if you want to train as a therapist later.

Who it suits

You'll thrive here if you're warm, organised, and comfortable in a quiet, considered environment. Good for people who notice the small things — a low towel pile, a forgotten robe, a guest who looks a little lost — and act before they're asked.

A typical shift

You'll open up with hygiene and safety checks, set up changing rooms and refreshment stations, then welcome guests through the day — locker keys, robes, slippers, tea and water. Between treatments you'll reset rooms with the therapists, handle laundry, and refresh the wet areas. Closedown is a thorough reset for the next day.
