Conifer is currently recruiting an experienced and professional Hotel Porter to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a luxury hospitality environment and become part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional guest service.

We are looking for a Hotel Porter with previous 5-star hotel experience who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and other public areas
• Assist housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams with room set-ups and furniture movement
• Ensure guests' belongings are properly tagged and delivered to the correct rooms
• Support room service staff during busy periods
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure guest comfort throughout their stay
• Run errands such as collecting dry cleaning or purchasing essential items for guests
• Enhance guest safety by placing or removing signage for wet floors, freshly painted areas, and other hazards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hotel Porter in a 5-star hotel environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Confidence in engaging with guests and providing excellent customer service
• Professional approach with good judgement and attention to detail
• Full flexibility in availability, including weekends
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
• Proof of identity
• Five years' work and address history
