Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Porter to work in our 4/5-star hotels in Central London.

As a Hotel Porter you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service daily.

Your duties will include:

  • Communicating with guests on all matters relating to their stay
  • Assisting guests with luggage
  • Assisting guests with arranging taxis/alternate travel suggestions relating to their schedule
  • Distributing messages to relevant personnel
