Your Duties Would Include:

- Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information on menu items

About the role:

· Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring the premises

· Providing a visible deterrent within the store against theft, anti-social behaviour, violence and criminal activity to create and support a safe shopping environment

· Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities

· Engage with police and other security personnel to improve service levels – this may include crime partnership meetings, shop watch schemes and police meetings

· Deal with confrontational situations in a calm, sensitive and professional manner

As a retail security officer, you will be working in a well-known retail store, providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike, as well as acting as a visual deterrent to help prevent/minimise stock loss. You will be providing a service to the highest standards in a fast paced, prestigious store.
