We are currently seeking experienced, reliable and professional Retail Security Officers to join our security team on a part-time, permanent basis at a prestigious retail site in Central London. The Role
As a Retail Security Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and customers. You will act as a visible deterrent against theft, anti-social behaviour and criminal activity, while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach in a busy retail environment.

Location: Central London
Position: Part-time
Required Availability: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor the premises to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Act as a visible deterrent against theft, anti-social behaviour and criminal activity
- Monitor and respond appropriately to security incidents
- Complete accurate incident and security reports
- Liaise with management, police and other security personnel when required
- Handle challenging or confrontational situations calmly and professionally
- Support the prevention of stock loss and maintain a safe shopping environment
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance
- Follow all site security procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence is essential
- Previous retail security experience is preferred
- Right to work in the UK
- Proof of identity
- Full 5-year checkable work and address history
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident and professional when dealing with the public
- Good judgement and attention to detail
- Reliable, responsible and professional approach
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
