Conifer is looking for ambitious, dedicated, and professional Security Officers to join our growing security team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Aldgate, London.
The Role
As a Hotel Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and premises. You will maintain a visible security presence, monitor CCTV systems, and deliver excellent customer service in a professional hotel environment.
Location: Aldgate, London
Shift Pattern: Night Shifts
Start Date: Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor hotel premises to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond appropriately to suspicious activity.
- Act as a visible deterrent against theft, anti-social behaviour, violence, and criminal activity.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
- Liaise with the police and emergency services when required.
- Handle challenging situations calmly, professionally, and sensitively.
- Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests and staff.

Requirements
- Valid SIA Security Licence and CCTV Licence (essential).
- Previous security experience, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Valid proof of identity.
- Full 5-year checkable employment and address history.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Confidence in dealing with the public and managing challenging situations.
- Flexibility and availability to work night shifts.
